There is a major electrical problem, a very negative point in the apartment. When we turn on the washing machine and the hair dryer there is a blackout, when we turn on the electric oven and the washing machine there is also a blackout, and sometimes just turning on the hair dryer causes a blackout. In an apartment with 8 residents, it is not possible to wait for the washing machine to finish the cycle to dry your hair when you get out of the shower, or wait to heat food. These blackouts harm other electronics that may be connected to sockets, such as chargers and laptops.
Another important problem is the showers. When we use hot shower water, the temperature does not remain hot long enough to take a shower. The water stays hot for a maximum of 5 minutes and then cools down. After that, you need to wait at least an hour for the shower water to heat up again in both bathrooms. So, if one person takes a hot bath, another person needs to wait at least 1 hour to take a hot bath too. Which is a problem in a house with 8 people.
The apartment is cleaned by a person hired by the administrator once a month and throughout the month residents take turns cleaning. The problem is that the person hired to clean does not clean thoroughly. Doesn't take out the trash, doesn't clean the trash cans, doesn't clean the mirrors or the sink and shower drains.
